All items are sold in as-is condition. All listings are meant as a descriptive guide only. Town and Sea will do its best to photograph and portray any damage to items listed on the site in an accurate manner. The absence of descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that a lot is in perfect condition. Most items listed on Town and Sea are used, vintage or antique items with signs of wear. Additional condition reports may be available upon request. Town and Sea is not responsible for typographical errors on the site and all measurements are to be considered approximate. Town and Sea will not guarantee the authenticity of any signature unless so stated at the time of auction. No in-person previews are available.

Upon receipt of such information, your future purchases will not be taxed. All tax resale forms must be emailed to info@townandsea.com in order to be reviewed by a Town and Sea admin. Your name and address for your account must be the same as your resale certificate in order for the tax exemption to be accepted.
