About
Welcome to Town & Sea!
Town & Sea is a boutique online auction and consignment marketplace showcasing a curated selection of well-loved treasures for the home. We blend the quality and uniqueness of a local estate sale with the convenience and ease of a full-service online shopping experience. From furnishings and artwork to decorative accessories, our collection features mostly vintage and antique pieces, with the occasional modern twist. Every item undergoes a meticulous curation process — personally inspected to ensure it brings character and charm to its next home.

Our full-service platform handles every aspect of the selling process—from listing and marketing to coordinating buyer pickup—creating a seamless, personalized experience from start to finish. Whether through consignment or auction, sellers can easily part with items they no longer need, while buyers enjoy access to distinctive pieces that bring character and charm to their homes.

Customers
All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review the item descriptions and photos before placing a bid or making a purchase. If you have specific questions about an item, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to provide a more detailed report to help you make an informed decision.
To participate in one of our auctions, you’ll first need to create a free account on our partner platform, LiveAuctioneers. Once your account is set up, search for Town & Sea and click “Register to Bid” for the auction you’re interested in. Sellers
We make it simple! Submit photos of your item(s) through our Sell With Us form. We’ll review and get back to you with next steps. If accepted, we handle pricing, photography, listings, and pickup coordination.
For consignment items, our team researches each piece to determine a fair market value. In auctions, the final sale price is determined entirely by the highest bidder—there are no hidden reserves. Every item sells to the highest bidder, no surprises.
We specialize in high-quality pre-owned home decor, including furniture, lighting, artwork, rugs, and accessories. Items must be in good to excellent condition.
Sellers will receive a Direct Deposit form along with their Client Agreement. Once your item has been collected and the sale is complete, you’ll receive your proceeds via direct deposit within 30 days.
